Shipping policy

At CSalt Studio, many of our items are made to order and personalised, so please allow time for us to carefully create your order before it is dispatched.

Processing Times

  • Personalised / custom items:
    Please allow 2–7 business days for creation before dispatch.

  • Non-personalised items:
    Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Processing times may be extended during busy periods, sales, or public holidays. If there are any delays, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated are flat rate across all products.

Any free shipping offers apply only to the shipping cost and do not affect processing times.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows (via Australia Post or courier services):

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Personalised Orders & Shipping

Choosing express shipping does not reduce the processing time for personalised items — it only affects the shipping speed once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

CSalt Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and items

We’ll assess the issue and assist in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll assist with lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

International Shipping (if applicable)

If you offer international shipping:

  • Delivery times and costs vary by destination

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes
