Are your items personalised?
Yes — many of our items can be customised or engraved, making them perfect for thoughtful gifting or something special just for you.
Each personalised product will outline exactly what can be customised in the product description.
How long do personalised orders take?
Personalised and custom items are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for creation before your order is dispatched.
During busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed if this happens.
Can I change my personalisation details after ordering?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an item has entered production, changes may not be possible. We recommend double-checking spelling, dates, and details before placing your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalised items?
Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect details provided at checkout.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us.
What about non-personalised items?
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
How much is postage?
Postage costs are a flat rate fee.
Any free shipping offers apply to shipping costs only and do not affect processing times.
Does express post speed up personalised orders?
Express shipping does not reduce the creation time for personalised items — it only shortens delivery time once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
