Refund policy

At CSalt Studio, many of our items are made to order and personalised, so please read the following carefully before purchasing.

Personalised & Custom Items

Because personalised items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or engraved items

  • Personalised products

  • Made-to-order items

This includes changes of mind, incorrect details supplied at checkout, or preference changes.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@csaltstudio.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, in line with Australian Consumer Law


Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items (such as standard candles or gift items):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by postal services once the item has been dispatched


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
